- After a workout or an evening walk, as a planned treat

Who should avoid it or take care
| Who | What to know |
|---|---|
| People with diabetes | Not suitable. Jaggery raises blood sugar much like sugar does. |
| A protein- or potassium-restricted kidney diet | Not suitable. It is made with soya protein, nuts and cocoa. |
| Soy, tree nut (almond), sesame or milk allergy | Avoid. It contains all four. |
| On thyroid medication | Soy can affect how the medicine is absorbed. Keep a few hours between your dose and the brownie, and ask your doctor. |
| Pregnancy, or sensitive to caffeine | It contains caffeine from cocoa and dark chocolate. Count it in your day's caffeine. |
| Not used to much fibre | One brownie has about 8.2 g fibre (calculated). Start with half if your diet is usually low in fibre. |
It's a dessert, not a supplement or a meal replacement.
What we don't claim
- We don't call any product “healthy”, “diabetic-friendly”, “guilt-free” or good for any condition.
- We don't call the brownie “high protein”: protein supplies about 16% of its energy, and any protein claim needs a lab test first. We say “made with soya protein”.
- Nutrition values are calculated from the recipe until the lab test is done, and we say so wherever they appear.
- We have no customer reviews or ratings yet, because nothing is on sale yet. Ratings on our site will only ever come from real customers of products on sale.
