Ordering for your home
Can I order Sumeza for my home?
Yes. Sumeza is made for homes first. Home ordering opens soon in Gurugram and IMT Manesar, with no minimum order. Tap “I’d try this” or “Get notified” and we’ll tell you the day it opens. Businesses can also reserve regular supply.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for homes. Business supply starts at 50 packs a month per product.
Storing frozen food
How should I store Sumeza frozen food?
Keep it frozen at −18 °C or colder and put it in the freezer as soon as it arrives. Don't refreeze a pack once it has thawed. Storage instructions are printed on every pack.
How long does frozen food last at −18 °C?
Each pack carries its own best-before date, set for that batch — we'll confirm it on each pack label. Keep it at −18 °C or colder until you cook it, and use it before that date.
Is frozen food fresh?
We cook from scratch and freeze within hours of cooking, never days (“flash-locked”). Freezing is what keeps it; the QR on each pack shows when that batch was made and the temperatures it was kept at.
Are preservatives used?
The full ingredient list for each product, including anything added, is printed on its pack and shown on its product page once the recipe is released — we'll confirm it on each pack label.
Cooking and reheating
Do I need to thaw it first?
No. Everything is zero-thaw: cook straight from the freezer using the method and time on the pack and on each product page.
How do I reheat without an oven — on a tawa, pan or air fryer?
No oven needed. The Sandwich goes straight onto a pan or tawa for about 3 minutes; the Soya Protein Brownie needs no heat at all: rest it 3 to 5 minutes at room temperature, or eat it semi-frozen. Each product page and pack gives its own method and time. Air-fryer times will be printed on the pack once we've tested them. See our reheating guides for general steps.
Is the Sumeza Soya Protein Brownie launching?
It’s our one brownie and it’s still in development, so it isn’t on sale yet — tap “I’d try this” to tell us you want it. It’s made with soya protein; the nutrition shown is calculated from the recipe until the lab test is done, and we don’t call it “high protein”. Facts, allergens and who should avoid it: the product page and Sumeza at a glance.
Is it vegetarian or non-vegetarian?
Each product page and pack carries the FSSAI vegetarian (green) or non-vegetarian (brown) mark.
Delivery and payment
Where do you deliver?
We deliver frozen to a limited set of serviceable pincodes, starting in Gurugram and IMT Manesar, so the cold chain never breaks. Enter your pincode at checkout to check; if we don't reach you yet, leave a number or email and we'll tell you the day we do.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes — when home ordering opens, you can pay cash on delivery. Online payment (UPI and cards) will follow on the same checkout. Prices on the site include GST.
When will my order arrive, and is there a delivery fee?
You pick a delivery slot at checkout. The minimum order, delivery fee and free-delivery threshold for your pincode are shown before you place the order. We call to confirm every order before dispatch. More in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
How do I track my order?
After you order you get a tracking link; you can also use order status. Keep the link private — it shows the status without a login.
Can I cancel, or what if a pack arrives damaged or thawed?
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. If a pack arrives damaged or thawed, don't accept it, or tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Details in the Cancellation & Refund policy.
Quality and traceability
What is batch traceability?
Every pack carries a QR code tied to its production batch, so you can see the real batch it came from — when it was made, the checks it passed and how cold it was kept.
Scan the QR with your phone camera, or type the code printed under it here:
What does “flash-locked” mean?
We freeze within hours of cooking, never days, which locks in texture and taste.
Business, distributors and vendors
Do you supply cafés, restaurants and stores too?
Yes, as a second line alongside home orders: cafés, QSRs, cloud kitchens, hotels, caterers, offices and retailers in Gurugram, Manesar and Delhi NCR can get regular business supply (from 50 packs a month per product). See Sumeza for Business for business pricing and samples, or reserve early supply before launch.
How do I become a distributor?
Tell us your area, storage and outlets on our distributor page; our team calls you about terms. Delhi NCR first, then wider.
Do you make private label frozen food?
Yes — brands, cafés and chains can have their own frozen range developed and made by us at IMT Manesar. See private label & contract manufacturing.
How do I sell to Sumeza or become a vendor?
Ingredient, packaging and service suppliers register on our vendor form (raw materials, packaging, services, equipment, logistics); procurement reviews every registration.
Are you hiring?
See open roles on our Careers page; applications go through our careers form.
How do I raise a complaint?
Write to our Grievance Officer — details on the Grievance Redressal page. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
