Reheating guide

How to reheat a frozen sandwich

No oven needed. A tawa or pan gives the crispest outside; an air fryer works well too; a microwave is quickest but keeps the bread softer.

Follow the time on your pack — times vary by product. These are general steps.

Tawa or pan

  1. Heat a tawa or non-stick pan on medium heat.
  2. Take the item straight from the freezer — no thawing needed.
  3. Cook it on the tawa, turning as the pack says, until it is hot all the way through.
  4. Follow the time on your pack — times vary by product.

Air fryer

  1. Preheat the air fryer if your model needs it.
  2. Place the items straight from the freezer in a single layer; don't crowd the basket.
  3. Shake the basket or turn the items halfway through.
  4. Follow the time and temperature on your pack — times vary by product and by air fryer.

Microwave

  1. Put the item on a microwave-safe plate, out of any packaging not marked microwave-safe.
  2. Heat in short bursts and check between them.
  3. Let it stand for a minute so the heat evens out.
  4. Follow the time on your pack — times vary by product and by microwave.

Make sure the filling is hot all the way through before eating.
