Reheating guide
Frozen snacks without an oven
Air fryer, tawa or pan, or microwave — the right one depends on the snack. Each pack carries its own method and time.
Follow the time on your pack — times vary by product. These are general steps.
Air fryer
- Preheat the air fryer if your model needs it.
- Place the items straight from the freezer in a single layer; don't crowd the basket.
- Shake the basket or turn the items halfway through.
- Follow the time and temperature on your pack — times vary by product and by air fryer.
Tawa or pan
- Heat a tawa or non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Take the item straight from the freezer — no thawing needed.
- Cook it on the tawa, turning as the pack says, until it is hot all the way through.
- Follow the time on your pack — times vary by product.
Microwave
- Put the item on a microwave-safe plate, out of any packaging not marked microwave-safe.
- Heat in short bursts and check between them.
- Let it stand for a minute so the heat evens out.
- Follow the time on your pack — times vary by product and by microwave.
Make sure snacks are hot all the way through before eating.
