What it is, and what it isn't
The Sumeza Soya Protein Brownie is a dessert made with soya protein, sweetened with jaggery, with no maida. It is not a protein supplement, a protein bar or a meal replacement, and it isn't a substitute for whatever your coach or dietitian has planned for you.
The numbers, with the caveat
Per 75 g brownie our calculated values are about 13.2 g protein, 338 kcal, 8.2 g fibre and 15.6 g fat. They are calculated from the recipe, not lab-tested yet. Protein supplies about 16% of its energy, which is why we say "made with soya protein" and not "high protein": under FSSAI rules that claim needs more, and any protein claim needs a lab test first.
So if you're counting protein precisely, wait for the lab-tested values on the pack.
How to have it after a session
Keep frozen in your home freezer, at the back, not in the door. Don’t keep it in the fridge. Take it out when you get home; 3 to 5 minutes on the counter gives a fudgy centre, or eat it semi-frozen. No oven or microwave.
For gyms
Gyms with a freezer can reserve early supply. It keeps 3 weeks frozen and needs no preparation beyond a few minutes' rest.
