Why a frozen dessert works on a busy menu
You serve one portion at a time from the freezer, so there's no tray to finish before it goes stale. Rest it 3 to 5 minutes before serving for a fudgy centre, or serve it semi-frozen. Kitchen equipment needed: a freezer. No oven, no baking, no skilled pastry step.
It keeps 3 weeks frozen, which makes ordering simple: stock for the week, not the day.

How to describe it on your menu
Safe, accurate words: "jaggery-sweetened", "no maida", "made with soya protein", "no oven needed". Please don't call it "healthy", "diabetic-friendly", "guilt-free" or "high protein"; those aren't claims we can make, and they aren't true for a jaggery-sweetened dessert.
